Vision
We strive to be every women’s trusted friend through each stage of their menstrual cycle. From fertility to contraception to early pregnancy detection to maternal and fetal health monitoring, and even to menopause. We are here, no matter what stage of life, to ensure women are informed about their personal reproductive health. We also want to help women be aware of any reproductive system/sexually transmitted diseases and educate them to make healthy decisions regarding reproductive health. We exist to empower women and girls to have an even better future, by making sure they have access to the right information at the right time.
Mission
We aim to improve women/couples' chances of pregnancy by providing a stress-free and hassle-free method of fertility tracking through a wearable device. We offer daily personalized and accurate fertility insight to help them get pregnant faster, more easily, and naturally. We not only improve their fertility chances, but we also improve their quality of life by providing mental health support to them through our app. The fertility journey does not have to be complicated, lonely and scary!
Key Responisbilities:
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation for Fibra
- Oversee and execute our SEO programs driving organic growth through keyword research, analytics, link building, content development, outreach programs, on page analysis, and optimization.
- Own our paid search strategy efficiently driving traffic and conversions by utilizing effective bidding strategies, keyword research, analysis, and optimization
- Develop our digital media buying strategy, with a strong focus on reaching specific segments including; target accounts, users, and website visitors
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure all spend is allocated effectively to drive maximum return on investment
- Provide regular Analysis and reporting on the success of digital marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay current with digital marketing advancements, making recommendations for new and innovative marketing approaches
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, media buying, and social media
- Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing.
- Curious and passionate able to stay current on the latest digital marketing trends, strategies, and technologies
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
