As a Business Intelligence Analyst, your primary role will be to collaborate on monitoring traffic and revenue trends to identify and help implement potential growth opportunities through on-point reporting and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create, maintain, optimize, and/or automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor key metrics.
- Complete Ad-hoc requests for key stakeholders.
- Analyze traffic/revenue trends and report on their health, errors, and shortcomings.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve communication, performance tracking, and results.
- Translate data into meaningful information and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Surface actionable business insights from datasets to drive positive change in the business.
Must Haves
What you'll need to be successful:
- 2+ years in a similar data analysis role with a focus on digital marketing, or business intelligence.
- Bachelor or master’s in Business, Statistics, Actuarial Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Business and Statistics is important as well as Business experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Required (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis Toolpack, graphs).
- Data visualization experience using tools such as Power BI and data manipulation proficiency using SQL.
- Independent, solutions-focused, and confident in your abilities to sift through large and varied data sets to uncover valuable data insights.
- Ability to find creative solutions under pressure while maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Highly organized and capable of following pre-determined workflows.
